Artemis is a lovely clinic. I’ve used them many years ago for facial aesthetics and was very pleased. This time I saw Dr Fraser about a wart on my arm which over the counter treatment hadn’t worked. He was a very pleasant man who checked my health history thoroughly and explained how his treatment worked etc. The treatment had worked and now it has almost gone. I would certainly recommend him and the clinic.

The unassuming ground floor entrance hides a modern, spacious first floor reception area and treatment rooms.
The sports massage therapist, identified my three problem areas and has worked his magic. After only one session my knee, elbow and back are more mobile and less painful. I am definitely returning and would not hesitate to use their other services.

My first visit last week was excellent. I felt listened to by Elaine and she carefully considered all my symptoms before diagnosing. She also treated my knee both hands on and with ultrasound. Dr K. provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision for removal of a cyst. His skilful surgery removed my facial cyst with only the most minimal scarring and his aftercare was first rate. I’m delighted that I used The Artemis Clinic and particularly Dr K.

I highly recommend the Artemis Clinic based on my recent, very positive experience. I had electrocautery treatment to remove a skin lesion – the process was simple, quick, painless and very effective. Great communication, very professional.

Lovely clinic tucked away on the main high street. I’ve been going to electrolysis with Suzanne for a year now and am very pleased so far as I have noticed less hair growth. Electrolysis is a bit of a painstaking procedure in general, you do have to be patient and it does take lots of sessions but it is also meant to be completely permanent form of hair removal. What’s good is my skin’s reaction after each treatment is extremely minimal with no infected pores, redness or noticeable scabbing which makes it something I can do on a regular basis and in-between other daily activities. Reception staff have always been lovely and accommodating.

Lovely clinic very friendly and welcoming. I had acupuncture and ultra sound treatment for the first time with Elaine and I am already feeling more positive. Elaine is very calm and gentle she listened to my concerns and I felt relaxed during the procedure.

I would recommend this clinic and wish I had come for treatment sooner.

What a hidden gem discretely tucked away on West Wickham high street. The Reception area is modern, very clean and relaxing, with plenty of comfortable seating. Always greeted by a smiling receptionist, who welcomes you by name.

I had physio with Elaine which was excellent. Very informative and helpful.

I am more than happy with the thread vein treatment I received from Dr K. at Artemis Clinic. He carried out an extensive examination and then explained every detail of the procedure clearly. The whole treatment was completely painless. I had my first follow up and Dr K. was not happy with how some areas had responded so they were done again, at no addition cost to me. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to use Dr K. First class service the whole way through.

UPDATE: 06/03/2024. Attended today with hubby for physio on his leg. He has been in a lot of pain for a few weeks. He came out after one treatment happier than I’ve seen him in ages. 5 star clinic that I would recommend without hesitation!

Attended today for my husband to have physio/acupuncture. I used this practice years ago and am glad to say the standard is still as high as ever. Very friendly staff who know what they are doing. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any treatment they offer.

I really like using Artemis Clinic for my physiotherapy. The staff are absolutely wonderful and always make sure I’m well looked after. The physiotherapists are knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand.

I have recently started having acupuncture sessions with Elaine and cannot recommend her enough. Having never had acupuncture before I was quite nervous about my first appointment, however Elaine made me feel so comfortable as soon as I arrived and made me feel at ease throughout my treatment. After just a couple appointments I am already starting to feel the benefits and looking forward to my next session.

I wanted to try botox to address frown lines; I’m only late 30s so I also wanted to prevent further lines appearing as I frown a lot. I was quite nervous as I haven’t had any treatment like this before but the lady at the welcome desk and Mr Hodges made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. The procedure was quick, easy and almost painless. The results are showing now and I’m really pleased.

Suzanne Quinn removes skin tags, moles and more with a friendly, respectful and professional manner. You can feel completely comfortable and relaxed with her. The Artemis Clinic itself is gorgeous – I’ve never been before and it was like stepping into Harley Street from the middle of West Wickham. Bright, light, airey, clean, comfy and tranquil with a lovely welcoming team greeting you at the desk. I’ll be back again for some other treatments in the near future!

I’ve been to The Artemis Clinic twice now for a deep tissue massage. Staff at the front desk were kind and professional, the communal area of the clinic is clean, tidy and gives off a very professional atmosphere. The specialist staff conducting the treatment are very good at what they do and treat you with dignity and respect whilst helping you to figure out what you wish to achieve from your treatment. I will definitely continue to use Artemis and special mention to Tony.
