Continuity of care is an important aspect of our service and you will see the same doctor for any follow up appointments. We believe in a holistic approach to healthcare and will always ensure that your needs are central to the consultation.

Appointments may be either face to face, or remotely by telephone or a video call.

For one concern or a repeat appointment, a 15 minute slot is ideal. If there is more than one issue that you would like to discuss, a 30 minute appointment is ideal.

You are welcome to bring a friend or family member along to the consultation.

Please note, we do not offer the following services: Emergency or unscheduled care, out of hours service for evenings and weekends or referrals to NHS services.

Face to face consultations are essential for anyone presenting with symptoms such as abdominal pain, bowel symptoms and ear symptoms.

Remote appointments are typically appropriate for skin conditions, follow-ups for blood results and scan results and mental health issues.

Mole mapping involves the use of specialised dermoscopy equipment to digitally record the location and nature of moles on the entire body, from the top including the scalp, to the toes. This will enable a comprehensive record to be created of your entire mole population. Comparative checks over subsequent appointments create an individualised mole history so any suspicious changes in the moles that have been previously charted can be quickly identified and removed if indicated.

What does full body mole mapping involve? The consultation with the doctor will include your medical, family and sun history, also any risk factors. This will be followed by a thorough check of all moles under dermoscopic examination.

It is also possible to have less than ten moles checked comprehensively under dermascopy to detect any potential harmful changes.

Our sexual health checks are suitable for those who have symptoms of a STI and would like to discuss them with a GP, also for those who do not have symptoms but may have been at risk and would like to check to see if they have any current STI’s.

Our screening tests are comprehensive and our service is confidential and discrete.

If there is a positive result, we are here for you and are available to discuss your options and formulate a treatment plan.

Our sexual health screening package includes the following tests –

  • Chlamydia
  • Gonorrhoea
  • Hepatitis
  • Herpes
  • HIV
  • Syphillis
  • Bacterial Infections

The cost of the full sexual health screening package is £590, this includes all tests and two consultations with the GP.

If you would like a more tailored package, book in for a bespoke sexual health consultation and you will be advised by the GP which specific tests are required. Please note, the cost of any tests required are in addition to the consultation fee.

On booking, you will receive a text message or an email confirming the date and time of your appointment, including the clinic’s contact details.

Health Information Form:

Our GP does not have access to your NHS medical records so it is essential that all new patients complete the the health information form before attending the first time. This will be emailed on booking. If you do not complete the form and return it to us in advance, you may complete the form on the day of your appointment, however, please arrive 15mins early to avoid reduced time with the doctor.

Bring along to the appointment copies of any imaging or test results or specialist correspondence that you may have.

Typically, consultations conclude with one of the following options:

  • a private prescription for medication.
  • a request form/s for private tests and investigations.
