• The Procedure: A micro-fine probe is gently inserted into the natural opening of the hair follicle. A mild current delivers heat to destroy the growth cells, and the hair is gently lifted away. Most clients experience only a mild heat or tingling sensation.

• Pre-Treatment Preparation: Please discontinue retinol products and chemical exfoliators 3 weeks prior to treatment. Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin in the treatment area.

• Aftercare & Recovery: Mild redness or a slight warm sensation is normal and typically resolves within a few hours. We provide full written aftercare guidance to keep the area calm and protected.

Suzanne Quinn is a dedicated specialist electrologist with over two decades of clinical experience in permanent hair removal and advanced cosmetic techniques. She qualified with the British Association of Electrolysists in 2002 and has built an established reputation across West Wickham and Bromley for gentle, highly precise treatments.

Working alongside the multidisciplinary medical

team at The Artemis Clinic, Suzanne provides individualised, confidential treatment plans using single-use sterile probes to safely achieve permanent results across all skin and hair types.
