There are a huge range of non surgical cosmetic options to help you address the unwanted signs of aging.
While these can be very effective they do not provide a long term solution and require regular upkeep to maintain their benefits.

Cosmetic facial and neck surgery can, in one procedure, give a long-term solution to your aging concerns.
Surgery can offer a dramatic and guaranteed way to eliminate eye creases, tighten sagging skin, flatten out wrinkles, restore volume to the face and flatten bands and creases in your neck.
Cosmetic surgery can directly address the sagging that can occur at cheek level and the fold of skin between the nose and the corners of the mouth.

  • Frequently asked Questions

Am I too young or old for cosmetic surgery?

It is a very personal decision to have cosmetic surgery. There is no ideal age for a cosmetic procedure. Some clients chose to address an issue at a young age, such as a one off nose reshaping procedure. Other clients may elect to have surgery when they are ready to be more proactive in addressing the signs of aging.
Mr Hosny would typically see clients from early-40’s upwards for rejuvenating procedures.

Will I look natural after surgery?

Mr Hosny has been practicing cosmetic surgery and facial rejuvenation for over twenty years. All our clients can be assured they are in the hands of an experienced specialist of the highest calibre, who specialises in natural looking results. The aim of your cosmetic surgery will be to enhance and rejuvenate as opposed to alter your overall aesthetic appearance.

Will there be any visible scars after surgery?

Incision sites in cosmetic surgery are positioned to be as discrete as possible, for example in eye lid surgery the incision sites are in the natural folds of the lids, in brow lift surgery the incision sites are inside the hairline. Depending on the type of surgery there may be visible scars in the weeks following surgery. You will be advised during your consultation with Mr Hosny as to whether any long term mild scarring is to be expected or not.

How long will the effects last for?

The answer to this depends on the procedure. Nose reshaping surgery is often a one off procedure and the benefits can last a lifetime. It is difficult to give a precise timeline with rejuvenation procedures. Although they effectively turn back the clock and can give dramatic and long lasting results, they will not hold back the clock altogether.
Please note, genetics also plays a large part in the aging process, therefore, some may find the benefits of their surgery last for longer than for others.

What kind of anaesthesia will be used for my procedure?

Some procedures such as eyelid surgery are typically performed under local anaesthetic. Others such as a face lift procedure will typically be performed under a general anaesthetic.
You will be advised at the consultation stage as to which form of anaesthesia will be used for your procedure.

    Is cosmetic surgery painful?

Pain relief will be prescribed to address any post operative discomfort. People tend to tolerate pain/discomfort in different ways. The amount of pain relief prescribed following surgery will be adjusted accordingly.

How long will I have to take off work?

Depending on the procedure undertaken, this can be anything from one to two weeks. You will be advised at the consultation stage as to how long you will need to take off work.

How long until I can return to exercise?

It is important to adhere to all post operative instructions given. Your specific procedure will determine how long you will have to avoid exercise. You will be advised on when you can start walking exercise and when you can restart strenuous exercise.

Eyelid Surgery Beckenham

I decided to change my botox doctor recently and visited Mr Hosny for the first time. I was very satisfied with the results. He saw me for a review and touch up shortly afterwards and the results are far better than my previous doctor so I won’t be changing! Very professional clinic, lovely environment and with friendly and helpful receptionist too. 100% satisfied.

Have been coming for botox procedure here for about 18 month. Always very happy with each consultation and outcome of treatment. Would happily recommend. Convenient and competitive price.

"I had my first ever Botox treatment recently with Mr. Hosny and the results have been amazing. He explained everything so well and advised me to have two areas done instead of three which made me feel so comfortable for his honesty, being more about the individual patient rather than about making money. I am definitely going to keep up the treatment and would highly recommend The Artemis Clinic."
